Cooking was always a passion for Dale, founder of Dale Ferris Catering. During her years of travel, she spent time with chefs and cooks. Working as a salad and dessert chef at Bishops Restaurant , helping design menus for the 412 VIP Squadron in Ottawa which catered to Queen Elizabeth and the Prime Minister.
